Helen Thompson started T2 in 1996 to carry out a business plan she long envisioned, to offer complete business services to the community.

Formerly Director of Administration for a 145-employee law firm, she supervised the distribution of $700 million in class action funds and early on tied the operations of the Los Angeles and Oakland offices electronically. She trashed the pink phone message pads and introduced email, abandoned the cut-and-paste method of organizing citations and developed databases to manage class members.

She is well versed in employment law, financial analysis, and employee relations. Helen has developed a stellar list of excellent resource people who are affiliated with T2 as consultants. Anyone sent to a client is thoroughly vetted and capable.
